Excited to offer a brand new workshop in partnership with Her Social Club, LA based monthly workshops for women who want to learn, create and connect. We dyed with stencils made out of live plants! We learned the art of Katazome Stencils, using real plants as stencils. Custom patterned geometric stencils were also provided.
“This was an amazing class! Agnes was so friendly, patient and hands on with helping us create our shibori pieces, not to mention very knowledgeable and experienced with the art having studied shibori in Japan. I made 5 pieces, all of which I loved, and you can bring your own pieces of fabric to dye too. Overall, I had fun learning a new skill and left with beautiful, finished pieces I can use immediately. I highly recommend this experience!”
