Last week’s fluid art party with Collibra reminded us how powerful it is when clients carry Crave with them into their next roles.
We shipped two large boxes of supplies to their office—paints, coasters, gloves, custom notes—and taught the session via Zoom. All the Collibra team had to do was open the box, set up the room, and log in. I was projected onto their large screens and could chat back and forth with the participants. From there, I guided them through multiple fluid painting techniques to create their own fun coaster sets.
For this experience, we curated:
Fluid art paints + coasters
Trays, gloves, table covers, and bags
Custom notes for each participant
This format is perfect for in-office teams of all sizes. It’s low-lift, highly engaging, and completely flexible—some teammates joined for the full hour, while others popped in briefly and still walked away with something special. It’s a stress-free way to connect your people through art, all while staying on budget.
Want to host your own Party in a Box experience? We ship everything you need—and bring the fun, virtually.
Our Party in a Box format is a new hybrid format:
🎨 No experience needed
📦 All materials shipped to office
🧘♀️ Relaxing + fun
💻 Taught live via Zoom
Many of our creative experiences—including our popular Fluid Pour It Out Experience—are perfect for the Party in a Box format. Instead of sending individual kits, we ship all the supplies in one or two large boxes for your team to share. It’s a more sustainable option with less packaging, and it’s designed to bring people together in the same room for a fun, hands-on experience.
Here are five reasons why this hybrid model is a smart, accessible, and personal way to bring art to your office:
1. Budget-Friendly Without Compromising Quality
No travel fees or individual shipping costs—just beautifully curated supplies in a simple, streamlined format. It’s an affordable way to offer a premium experience.
2. Easy to Set Up, Easy to Enjoy
We do the prep so you don’t have to. Everything you need—from paints to table covers—is in the box. Just open it, gather your team in a conference room, and log into Zoom for an hour of guided creativity.
3. Flexible for Busy Schedules
Not everyone needs to stay the whole time. Team members can drop in and out, creating at their own pace. It’s casual, stress-free, and works well for mixed schedules or hybrid workdays. This flexible format allows for varying group sizes without needing to account for each individual in advance. You just pay for the supplies (IE 50 coasters) and group instruction.
4. Personal Touches Make It Special
Custom notes, vibrant materials, and thoughtful instruction make the experience feel curated and personal: something your team will remember and appreciate.
5. Builds Real Connection
Creating side-by-side—even virtually—helps people relax, talk, and bond in new ways. It’s not just about the art; it’s about creating shared memories that boost team morale and well-being.
