Communal Collage Experience
CISCO Finance Women’s Network
This special Crave Workshop brought together the Cisco Women in Finance network for a shared moment of creativity, mindfulness, and connection. The Communal Collage Experience invited participants to pause, breathe, and reconnect—both with themselves and with one another—through the joyful act of making art.
Each person began by cutting colorful abstract shapes, which were then placed into a shared “community pot.” From this collective pool of shapes, participants built their own collages, transforming individual expressions into a vibrant tapestry of collaboration.
Through playful exploration of color, texture, and form, the group embraced the power of abstraction to evoke emotion and spark new perspectives. The result was a room full of laughter, curiosity, and genuine connection. It was a beautiful reminder that creativity thrives when we create together.
